Unlocking Full Rated RAM Speeds in BIOS
When you install a new 6000MHz DDR5 RAM kit, motherboards default to baseline JEDEC 4800MHz speeds. You must enable XMP or EXPO in motherboard BIOS to run at advertised speeds.
1. Intel XMP 3.0 (Extreme Memory Profile)
Designed for Intel Core 12th/13th/14th Gen processors. Includes pre-tested factory frequency, voltage, and primary/secondary latency timings for 6000MHz to 7200MHz+ DDR5 kits.
2. AMD EXPO (Extended Profiles for Overclocking)
Optimized specifically for AMD Ryzen 7000/9000 processors. DDR5 6000MHz CL30 is the "sweet spot" for 1:1 UCLK memory controller synchronization.
